Forgiveness   Leave a comment

It’s hard to say “I’m sorry,”

When someone has been wronged,

But only as the words are spoken,

Can hard feelings ever be broken.

The world would be a better place

If people only would replace

Their pride for humbleness, and say,

“Forgive me, I was wrong today.”
