Jean-Luc LeChat C. Taylor (1990-1991)

When I needed companionship,

A furry friendliness,

He was there.

===

Jean-Luc was special,

For I virtually worshipped

The fur he shed on my clothing.

===

He was the first cat

I truly loved and adored.

===

And now he is gone.

I shall see him again in Heaven.

===

He was a cat,

Taken all in all;

I shall never look upon his like again.

Rain

October 10, 1990

Was a rainy day,

The day of the downpour.

===

The liquid precipitation

Began

To fall–

In the morning–

And

Continued

Until afternoon,

(The)

Afternoon.

===

It was

Wonderful,

Refreshing,

Regenerative,

The impetus of

Resurrection.

===

Rain–

Fell to the surface of

Earth–

The day of

October 10, 1990

(10/10/90),

Refreshing Gaia.

===

Rain–

Fell to the surface of

Earth–

The day of

October 10, 1990

(10/10/90),

Refreshing me.

===

Merci Beaucoup,

Mon Dieu,

Il a pleut.

Nature XVII: Beauty   Leave a comment

Yosemite Valley in the Morning

The utter and simple

Beauty of Nature

Enthralls my soul

And

Beckons to it

Awe and thanksgiving

For the

Simple, yet profound,

Joys of life

All who open their eyes

Must see.

Full Moon

Diana

Bathed me in

Her lunar light

And

Gladdened my soul,

Enlightening it

With natural beauty.

===

The clouds

Partitioned the early morning sky

Into strips,

And

Diana, the huntress,

Sat in the sky,

Suspended on a gossamer thread

From Heaven.

===

A nip occupied the air,

Giving the early morning

A wintry sense.

Blue Sky

The afternoon

Of

09/30/90,

I walked outside

And

Heard

Birds singing luminously,

Saw

A beautiful sky,

And

Felt

GOD in the midst of all that.

That experience

Contributed

Much to my

Wonderful day.
